Chapter 2: Character Creation

Thunder Mage

They learn spells that cause damage or otherwise aid in combat. Their other training involves physical labour and melee combat. Recently, some have also started to train with modern ranged weapons.

Possible Affiliations and Rivals
Commentary:
A Thunder Mage is a good addition to any group or army that needs more combat power, either through spells or a solid melee attack.
Note that the Thunder Mmage’s role as a melee combatant is a secondary one. While much more powerful than an untrained citizen, others characters who have a greater focus on combat will be a bit more effective and resilient. As a Thunder Mage rises in level, they could benefit from the Toughness Feat.
Note that while combat is the rational behind the Thunder Mage’s Spell Category selections, there are many useful non-combat spells in those categories that may come in handy at some time.
Notes:
This character's original Strength score was 15; plus 2 was add from skill bonuses. This character's original Constitution score was 13; plus 1 was added from a skill bonus.
